Politics and society: Where laws function insufficiently, both in the globalizing international and the domestic societies, a new means to achieving interpersonal cooperation is needed. With the environment becoming more and more complex, it is already hardly possible to establish control through centralized

authorities, which could regulate every aspect of life. New forms of authority are needed where the centralized ones fail. It is, therefore, necessary to bring back the control over the control of the system to the level of the individual or society itself and in this way to return to the central assumptions residing in the principles dictated by the state, which have appeared not only through a long legislative process but also as a result of a clash with religion.
