Academic Background:After graduating from high school in June 2002 Ines Langer started her Psychology studies at the University of Hamburg within the same year. She majored in Industrial & Organizational Psychology as well as Clinical Psychology and complemented this by further qualifying herself under the supervision of Dr. Alexander Redlich as a certified Problem &

Conflict Manager. As a part of her studies, she completed her practical training in the human resource marketing department of Lufthansa Technik AG. She was responsible for the management of all candidates applying for practical internships, as well as for the recruitment and supervision of interns and graduate students writing their thesis. In 2007 Ines Langer completed her second practical training in a human resource management consultancy in Hamburg, which concentrates on diagnostic, training and human resource development. During this internship she gained further experiences in recruitment, she designed and implemented instruments for human resource development, assisted in current projects and got the possibility to participate in trainings, workshops and assessment centres as a guest and as an assistant.

Professional Background: During her time at high school Ines Langer had a diverse number of jobs. She worked as a life guard and after graduating from high school she helped out in the human resource department of the Wolfsburg AG until she started her studies. During her time at University she held several positions in different companies as a part-time employee. She supported the team „Zapp - Das Medienmagazin“ at the Norddeutschen Rundfunk by accomplishing different tasks such as researching, as well as preparing and doing follow-up work for this broadcast. One of her main responsibilities was to take care of the guest who were appearing on the „Zapp“-show. At the company Extra Personalservice GmbH she made acquisitions to not only recover but win new customers, handled the processing of orders and prepared employee profiles. Currently Ines Langer is working

as a trainer to assist unemployed persons or students in self-presentation and job applications. At the same time she is a safety coach in a high rope course on the outskirts of Hamburg. And she continues to support the human resource consultancy in different projects.
