From 2003 till 2011 Tilman Eckloff was vice head of the RespectResearchGroup at the University of Hamburg. Now he is director of re|spic|ere, a spin-off of the research group. He is interested in the question how interpersonal respect is a means to integrate plurality in accounting for the welfare of the individual as well as the common good.
