Dr. Niels Van Quaquebeke is currently working as associate professor of leadership and organizational behavior at the Kuehne Logistics University. In his research, he mainly concentrates on issues of leadership, in particular on interpersonal respect as a means to overcome vertical and horizontal conflicts, i.e., conflicts that are rooted in diversity and the imposition of hierarchy in groups.
