Awards and scholarships: In 2007 the RespectResearchGroup was awarded Outstanding Innovative Project as part of the German government initiative "Germany - Land of Ideas". From March 2006 to February 2009 Tilman Eckloff has received a scholarship from the University of Hamburg financed by the the "Stiftung wertevolle Zukunft". Since 1999 Tilman Eckloff has been a scholar of the “Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes” (German National Academic Foundation) and visited two of their Summer Academies (1999 Olang, 2001 St. Johann)
