Anna Beregova is currently working on her diploma thesis at the University of Hamburg. In her research she is interested in crosscultural differences in the perception of respectful leadership. She particularly focuses on corresponding and differentiating aspects of the perception of respectful leadership between employees of different cultural origin that correspond or differentiate.
