Academic background:From 2001 to 2006, Matthias M. Graf studied Psychology at the Philipps-University of Marburg and the University of Hamburg. He majored in Clinical and Industrial & Organizational Psychology. From 2009 to 2012, Matthias pursued his PhD with a thesis on "The influence of ideal- and counter-ideal values on leaders’ and followers’ perceptions and behavior" from the Goethe-University of Frankfurt. He was a visiting research fellow at the Kellogg School of Management at the Northwestern University, Evanston, IL, and the Rotterdam School of Management at the Erasmus University, Rotterdam, NL.
