Professional background:While being enrolled at university, Matthias completed several internships in different companies specialized in Human Resources and Management Consulting. Since 2007, he works in the Berlin Office of Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH, currently as a Senior Consultant. He is specialiced in Talent Management and Change Management and worked for several clients from different industries, especially in the finance and industries sectors.
