In my research, I am focusing on how and why (not) employees exchange resources in organizations. Respectful engagement and reciprocal acknowledgment of the value of one’s resources is an important aspect that makes resources exchanges successful.
In my current research project “Work and Aging”, I examine which factors affect resource exchanges between older and younger employees, and whether these different age groups are motivated by different aspects.
